Another student hostel project to work on. This time, the owner wants it more beautiful and expecting to rent the rooms to female students. This time, I decided to work with Joe Lee– another interior designer on this project. We proposed a playful and vibrant theme for this hostel.

We started off with the bedroom. With limited budget, we bought the wardrobe and some decors from IKEA. Other pieces are mostly from the manufacturer directly.

The results were…

All the rooms were booked up by students within 30 days, 4 of them were booked up within 1 week. Thanks Justin Ling- real estate agent for the feedbacks and information about the students and tenants.
